I Charge $1,000 CAD + GST for the Audit
The audit is a flat $1,000 CAD + GST. If you go ahead with an automation, I credit the full $1,000 toward your build. I agree the scope and fixed price of the build with you before work starts, so the audit is not a commitment to an open-ended project.
I start by looking at the manual work, repeated data entry and hand-offs that take up your team's time. I assess the process as it exists today, including the tools you already use. That gives me a basis for recommending changes that fit how your business runs.
I Give You a Plan for the Next Steps
I give you a map of how work moves through the business and a plain-English plan for the next steps. It sets out what is worth automating, what your current software already handles and what should be left alone. You can use it to decide whether a build is worth the cost before buying another tool.
Sometimes I recommend training or a better process. If AI isn't the right answer, I'll tell you. I'm Chinmay Thombre, based in Kelowna, and I bring 14+ years of IT consulting experience to that assessment.
If you proceed, I build the automations the audit shows are worth doing and connect the systems you already use. I train your people to use and adjust the result. I also offer ongoing care through a simple monthly plan.
