I'm Chinmay Thombre, founder of Gleam Automations in Kelowna, BC. I've spent 14+ years in IT consulting and digital transformation. Most of that work was fixing how a business runs before choosing any software. I also hold an MBA in Marketing.
I start with where information moves, where people repeat the same task and where hand-offs get missed. I use that understanding to decide whether training, a process change or an automation is worth considering. I don't use templates and I won't recommend AI you don't need.
I Audit the Work Before Recommending a Build
On the free discovery call, I ask about your most time-consuming processes and look at what your current tools can already do. The next step might be training, an audit, or nothing at all.
If an audit makes sense, I map the workflow and give you a plain-English plan. It covers what to automate, what your existing systems already handle and what to leave alone. I use that plan to discuss with you what is worth building. I agree a fixed price before work starts, and I train your team to use and adjust the result so they can handle small changes themselves.

Do I need AI?
You may not need AI. Plenty of problems are better solved with a clearer process or an existing software feature. I use the discovery call and audit to assess that. If AI isn't the answer, I'll tell you.
How does pricing work?
I offer a free discovery call. The process audit is $1,000 CAD + GST, with the full $1,000 credited toward a build if you proceed. I quote fixed fees for training and builds before work starts. I offer ongoing care through a simple monthly plan.
Do you work outside Kelowna?
Yes, I'm based in Kelowna and work with businesses across Canada remotely, with in-person workshops in Kelowna and other cities. I can discuss the right format for your business on the discovery call.
