About Gleam Automations
Gleam Automations is an AI consultancy based in Kelowna, BC. I'm Chinmay Thombre, the founder. I'm a CBAP-certified business analyst with 14+ years of IT consulting and 7 years of training experience.
Who I Am
My consulting work has included projects for British Telecom, NL Hydro and Inmarsat. Most of it was fixing how a business runs before choosing any software. I also hold an MBA in Marketing.
Gleam Automations is the operating name of 15058368 Canada Inc. It is not affiliated with gleam.io or the Gleam programming language.
How I Work
The first question I ask is whether your business needs AI at all. Sometimes the honest answer is no, and I'll tell you.
When AI does fit, I train your team on the tools you already pay for: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini. I also build automations that remove repetitive admin, such as lead follow-up, double data entry and hand-built reports.
Bigger work starts with a process audit, followed by a findings report and a fixed-price proposal. Every build includes three months of support.

I work in person across Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Vernon, Penticton and Summerland, and remotely with teams across Canada.
